VCU Presidential Symposium on Cancer
Cancer Care across the Continuum
Due to the U.S. federal government shutdown, we regret to announce that the keynote speaker for the VCU Presidential Symposium on Cancer, Dr. Douglas Lowy, the deputy director of the National Cancer Institute, will be unable to speak at the symposium. As a result, the symposium will be rescheduled to occur on a date when Dr. Lowy can attend and when the program can continue as planned. We will contact those who have already registered directly with the new date for the symposium as soon as it has been determined.
We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and hope that you will be able to join us at a later date.
If you had signed up to receive CME credits, your payment will be refunded.
Thank you very much for planning to attend the VCU Presidential Symposium on Cancer, and we look forward to holding this event in the near future. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Corey Boone, university events and special programs coordinator, at (804) 827-0224 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
