Electronic letterhead

In addition to printed stationery, you may order, free of charge, an electronic stationery template for e-mailing letters and other documents. Contact stationery@vcu.edu and provide the specific department name and address you would like on your electronic letterhead template.

A generic version of electronic letterhead is available here . In accordance with VCU’s contract with the printing vendor, e-letterhead is only to be used for documents that are e-mailed. You may not print this in lieu of ordering stationery for hard-copy communications.
