VCU Massey Cancer Center welcomes significant contributions to support priorities and move promising research forward. Donors may elect to direct gifts to specific types of cancer or allow the commitment to be applied to critical needs at the director’s discretion. Periodic updates are shared with the donor regarding research supported, and appropriate naming opportunities are available.

Endowment gifts are held in perpetuity for the needs of Massey Cancer Center. The gift creates a fund that is held intact, and only the income generated by the established fund may be used according to the donor’s directive. Endowments have both immediate and permanent benefits for the institution, helping to recruit and retain the best scientists and physician-researchers and provide critical research funding. Endowments may be named according to the wishes of the donor in line with VCU naming standards.
To learn more or discuss specific gift opportunities, please contact Lee Boykin, director of major gifts, (804) 827-0600.
