The Massey Fundraising Challenge
In partnership with the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k
Every spring, thousands of Virginians look forward to participating in the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k. The 10k is unlike any other event in Richmond and features lively music, thunderous cheers from spectators and a “dress-up and run” contest.
In addition to running or walking in the 10k, many participants choose to join the Massey Fundraising Challenge and raise money to support the world-class cancer research taking place right here at Massey. The Center is the official nonprofit fundraising partner of the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k. Race registration fees do not benefit Massey research. Only the money raised through the Massey Fundraising Challenge supports the fight against cancer.

Joining the Massey Fundraising Challenge is a great way to honor the people in your life who have fought or are fighting cancer. Your participation in the Challenge also provides extra motivation to make it through 6.2 miles and cross the finish line!
