My research is multifaceted: 1) Investigate radiomics and machine learning to identify imaging-based biomarkers for the prediction of radiation-related lung toxicity, 2) Develop automated lung cancer delineation for radiotherapy planning using machine learning and radiomics, 3) Investigate early predictors of radiation-related cardiac toxicity using cardiopulmonary fitness, blood markers and cardiac MRI, and 4) Study the effect of diabetes on radiation-related sequelae.
