Research description

My lab studies signaling and post-transcriptional/translational regulation, perturbed DNA damage response, and non-coding RNA function in hematologic malignancies. Employing ribosomal profiling, RIP-seq, bioinformatics, as well as pre-clinical mouse models, we hope to better define the perturbed cellular pathways that contribute to the malignant phenotype and how they can be exploited for targeted therapy.
