Research description
My research interests are: 1) Understanding how the extracellular matrix (ECM) changes the chromatin landscape and contributes to tumor progression and aggressiveness, and 2) Understanding co-regulation of cancer-specific pathways and its impact on patient survival. My group is at the interface of biophysics and cancer biology and works toward the quantitative understanding of cancer cells.
